In 1987, together with the InterCorporateGroup, he incorporated InterCorporate – Strategia e Impresa, of which he is currently Chairman, in Milan. Since then he has worked in the field of Corporate strategy, and in national and international marketing. In 1992 he was one of the founders of Altagamma, of which he is Executive Director. He teaches Strategic Marketing of Luxury Goods at Bocconi University in Milan, after having taught at IULM University.

Guy Salter got his grounding in retailing and brand development at the Arcadia Group, where he worked in most of the Group's retail businesses, including Top Shop, Top Man, Dorothy Perkins, Debenhams & Harvey Nichols. From there he went to work for HRH The Prince of Wales as Assistant Private Secretary for Industry and Commerce. He was awarded an MVO by HM The Queen for this work. His entry into the luxury industry came with his appointment as Managing Director of Laurent-Perrier, the Champagne House. While at Laurent-Perrier he was also Chairman of the Champagne Association and a member of the steering committee of the Comité Colbert, the French Luxury Goods association.
Subsequently he became managing director of the Asprey & Garrard Group, which owns two of the oldest British Luxury brands, including Garrard, the Crown Jeweller. At Asprey & Garrard he oversaw a significant restructuring and repositioning of the company.
In April 2002 Guy and Rupert Hambro & Partners acquired Tanner Krolle. As minority investor and Chief Executive, Guy oversaw the company's very rapid growth in revenues and margins.This period saw the establishment of Tanner Krolle's UK stores and quality wholesale accounts, as well as distribution in the USA, Japan, Hong Kong, the Middle East and Russia. A majority stake in Tanner Krolle was sold to new investors in late 2005.
Guy Salter is currently working with RHJ International, which is affiliated with Ripplewood Holdings LLC, the private equity firm.

Denis Morisset ( ESSEC MBA 1979 ) worked for more than 20 years in the Fashion and Luxury Industry with COO and CEO positions for Polo Ralph Lauren, Pierre Balmain, Giorgio Armani and occupied similar responsibilities in the Shoes Industry and the Children wear Industry. In May 2004 , he became an independent consultant for the Luxury Industry , creating his own consulting company "Studeo" Luxury Consulting. Since November 2004 , he is devoting the largest part of his time to ESSEC Business School Luxury Education , as Professional Faculty and Executive Director of ESSEC MBA in " International Luxury Brand Management ". His areas of expertise and research are "Luxury Brand management", "Profitability levels and critical mass in the Luxury Industry" , "Distribution, Retailing and Licensing strategies in the Luxury Industry" with a particular focus on emerging markets .

Roberto Donà, 47 yrs old, married, 2 sons, is a faculty member at the Business Strategy Department of SDA Bocconi School of Management since 1990. His fields of interests are innovation and internationalization processes. He is the Director of the Global Executive MBA, an innovative programme based also on an extensive use of e-learning technologies. He has been involved in several international projects (USA, Argentina, Russia, Bulgaria, China) and committees. He was Visiting Research and Visiting Professor at Stern School of Business, New York University in 1996 and 1998. Since January 2006, he is also the Academic Director of the Double Degree in International Management, a Master of Science that involves Bocconi University and Fudan University in Shanghai. Andrew Wu

Born and raised in Shanghai, Andrew WU lived in Canada from 1980-1993. Mr. WU received his Honors BA in Economics from Canada's York University and his MBA from the SCHULICH Business School at York.
For 1984-1985, Mr. WU worked for Canada's Ontario Government Ministry of Intergovernmental Affairs. For 1985-1993, he worked for Maple Leaf Foods Inc. – the largest Canadian agri-food company. For 1993-2000, as a pioneer of "returnees", Mr. WU was Managing Director/General Manager of Parfums Christian Dior operations in China for LVMH, the world's largest luxury brand group, successfully developing the market and establishing the CD cosmetics business in China. For 2000-2005, Mr. WU joined SONY MUSIC Entertainment Group as SONY MUSIC (Asia) Vice President and, in 2001, was appointed Managing Director of "Shanghai Epic Music Entertainment", an important Sony Music joint-venture with the Chinese Government for international collaboration in the highly sensitive local cultural and media industry, including to improve intellectual property protection and commercial value of entertainment content.
Since November 2005, Andrew WU has re-joined LVMH and been appointed the Group's Director for the fast growing businesses in China market of over 50 world-renowned brands under LVMH.

Anton is an outstanding practitioner and scholar in the area of Chinese research having completed his PhD on interpersonal trust in Chinese business and conducted many market related studies in the area. He has spent the last 15 years investigating Asian markets like Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan and the China Mainland. This included joint venture developments and a partnership with the Taiwanese. His study on the ultimate luxury food (kuruma ebi or dancing shrimp) in Japan has interesting historical implications for China as it goes forward. Consequently Anton has a good blend of theory and practice and he therefore consults widely to industry, business and Government on a range of market research and strategic related issues including agribusiness, tourism, innovation and regional development. He has conducted ground breaking studies on branding that have been instrumental in changing perceptions of difficult markets. Due to his success and understanding, he was recently awarded a prestigious Churchill Fellowship to investigate regional business variations in China (completed interviews in 16 major Chinese Cities). Anton is a lecturer at University of Newcastle (Australia) where he teaches undergraduate and post-graduate students in marketing strategy, e-marketing, multinational corporations and international business. He also teaches in Hong Kong and supervisors several PhD and DBA students on China related studies. Anton has an extensive understanding of Chinese business practices and consumer behaviour particularly related to aspects like guanxi and xinren. He is a Director of eGeneration Marketing and inManagement Consulting and in this capacity is currently investigating key aspects of the Online market in China in relation to luxury products.

Dr Pierre Xiao LU is assistant professor of marketing at School of management of Fudan University in Shanghai, visiting professor of LVMH Chair at ESSEC Paris-Singapore and consultant of Chinese luxury market for many multinational luxury firms (Lacoste, LVHM, PPR-Gucci etc.). Prof LU is specialized in luxury consumer behaviors studies in China and luxury brand management in Asia. After working several years in research center of luxury industry in Essec, he received his Ph.D. ESSEC in 2005. Prof Lu published numbers of articles about luxury industry and Chinese luxury consumers'studies in professional and academic journals, such as AMA, AFM, Comité Colbert, Harvard Business Review China and Financial Times China.
Prof. LU is frequent speaker in fashion and luxury management forum, such as Chinese Luxury Summit, CEIBS Luxury Forum, Hong Kong Luxury Week Luxury Forum, and British American Tobacco Annual Conference etc. He is teaching "Fashion and Luxury Brand Management" in School of Management, Fudan University, ESSEC Paris and ESSEC Asian Center in Singapore. He is the author of "Elite China, Chinese Luxury Consumers" worldwide published by Wiley & Sons in 2008. In addition, the book "Luxury Brand Management" is translated by Prof LU into Chinese (Shanghai people's publishing house).
